Limpieza total, buenas habitaciones. Algunas con ruido de los alrededores.

Me gustó lo central de la ubicación del personal especialmente Daniela en la recepción muy querida y Johana nos apoyó en la habitación también muy atenta.

Para el desayuno la persona encargada de servirlos duda de la cantidad, expresa “más tarde no hay” “si hay”. El cliente no necesita conocer el detrás de cámaras. En el servicio de alimentación no son tan amables.

It worth the price, central and nice breakfast

It's in a central neighborhood, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and willing to help.

When they clean the room, they don't clean the floor, which is quite bad, and sometimes you hear the noise of the main street of discos and bar.

Best in Service to the guests specially Mr Jorge ,is service providing is exceptional !!

first thing to be said about hotel Lincoln is the attention and the service of Mr Jorge at the reception!!!he is the star of this hotel and to my honest opinion this hotel would be less then good without this man!! he provide QUALITY SERVICE above and beyond expectations !! i mean in every aspect of a traveler needs !! From the moment i called him about my booking mistake (I made a mistake in my arrival date) to the fact that i left my reading book at check out! ! i mistakenly booked my stay at hotel Lincoln from Monday 8 of April but i was coming in on Tuesday 9th of April. Mr Jorge showed interest in giving me the best solution to this problem ,as well did he and Miss Daniella in helping me recover my reading book a few days after i left the hotel !! they did all they could for me to get my book delivered to my friend address . so for that thank you both so much!! this hotel has a great location if you come to enjoy Medellin as a tourist that love to be in all the night happening if so then this hotel has the perfect location for types of tourists interested in Medellin night life!! otherwise the noise would be bothersome at night because even though i had a inside room, i was still able to hear music the whole night through! the room was very spacious but i would suggest updating them as well the bathroom ! but the spaciousness of the room is far more then i expected so for that reason i liked the room! the breakfast is as well very good ! and the staff are very attentive to the hotel guests !!

the hotel is up to renovation and or remodeling the rooms and bathrooms perhaps ? i haven't seen all of the rooms but at least my room needs it ! And the reception area should be more inviting as well and the office area should be kept more privately from the reception and or entrance to the hotel.

Very good location, clean but noisy rooms!

We stayed there 3 nights. The hotel is located in a really good and safe area in Laureles with a plenty of good bars, restaurants, shops, cafés. Room was very clean. Staff was also really helpful.

The walls and the windows are very thin so you can hear everything. Breakfast is the same everyday.

Great location

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient, close to the University where my meetings took place. There were lots of restaurants nearby to choose from.

Some of the bars in the vicinity had loud music until very late at night.

At the same time was the „Ferias de las Flores“ next to the hotel. The festival was great and you didn’t need to go far. Before I arrived I didn’t know about the festival.

Because of the festival I needed my earplugs to sleep otherwise it was impossible to sleep. First room was directly above the entrance then i changed room and the noise from the festival was not so big but still there. And the showerhead needs to be changed The breakfast get served and not a problem to get more but guys not happy about it if you ask for more.

Le personnel est très gentil, merci de nous avoir gentiment changé de chambre pour la deuxième nuit (en voyant nos têtes de zombies au petit matin à cause du bruit).

Surtout penser à prendre une chambre qui donne sur la cours intérieure, sinon c'est nuit blanche assurée, même avec des bouchons: les bars mettent la musique très fort jusqu'à 4h du matin, même en semaine et l'insonorisation est nulle (simple vitrage + fenêtre ouverte impossible à fermer)

Chambres pas très spacieuses. Emplacement très bruyant car presque à l'angle de le rue 70. Musique à fond tous les soirs. Bien demander une chambre donnant sur la cour interieure
